Withdrawal of the consumer from a distance contract

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal in any of the ways listed below. The use of the online form is not mandatory and does not affect the validity of the withdrawal.

1. Electronically via an online form.

If you wish to withdraw from a distance contract or an off-premises contract within the statutory period of 14 days, you can also do so electronically via an online form.

After sending the form, we will immediately confirm receipt of your withdrawal from the contract to the email address provided in the order.

After creating an order, each customer will receive a unique link to manage their order to the email address provided in the order.

2. By email

You can also send your withdrawal from the contract by e-mail to:

In the email, we recommend that you include the order number, the customer's first and last name, and information that you are withdrawing from the contract.

If you paid by cash on delivery or bank transfer, we recommend that you provide an account number for a refund.

The goods must then be packaged and delivered to the company's address.

3. By mail

You can send the withdrawal from the contract and the goods themselves in writing to the following address:

4. Withdrawal form

If you use the withdrawal form, we recommend that you attach the form to the returned goods so that your request can be processed more quickly.

Warnings

- Make sure to pack the goods carefully to prevent damage during transport.

- Shipments sent on delivery cannot be accepted for technical reasons and will be returned to the sender.

The consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

After the returned goods have been delivered to our address, checked and the legal conditions have been met, the purchase price, including the costs of the original delivery, will be refunded to you no later than within 14 days.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
